This family run complex of thirteen luxury cottages was developed from two adjoining 17th century farms set in 6.5 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, each cottage having its own individual character and providing a high level of comfort and modern amenity.
The cottages range in size from one to four bedrooms and are clustered at two levels of the complex, five at the lower level and eight around the landscaped courtyard, with the main amenity areas set between the two levels. Children are particularly catered for with cots, high chairs, stair gates and booster seats provided free of charge.
All cottages have excellent kitchens which include fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/drier as well as a comprehensive range of kitchen equipment. Each cottage has at least one bathroom with a bath and MIRA power showers plus all two or more bedroom cottages have a second bathroom and/or walk in shower room. A log-burning stove set in brick inglenooks with a plentiful supply of logs is provided in each cottage. There is direct dial telephone, radio/CD/Ipod player, DVD player, digital LCD TV (100+ channels including SKY sports 1 ,2 and 3) and broadband WiFi internet access. Each cottage has its own patio/garden area (many with secure terraces) with patio furniture and BBQ provided. A home from home food option is available to order fresh or frozen meals, made from fresh, local produce, delivered to your cottage from Kate's Cuisine.
A large indoor swimming pool 30' x 20' approx. with toilets & changing rooms, spa bath, sauna, well equipped gym and large equipped under 5's playroom, games room for older children/adults with 3 x Microsoft XBOX 360, table tennis, table football and pool table. Outdoor free activities include 2 children's play areas, trampoline, tennis court (rackets and balls supplied), a 9-hole putting green
