The cottages lie in a beautiful south facing valley near Dartmouth in South Devon, an area known as the South Hams which is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This family run estate of thirteen luxury holiday cottages was developed from two adjoining 17th century farms set in 6.5 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and hidden gardens. Less than a mile away is the award winning family beach at Blackpool Sands, with its own amenities and water sports.  Within 10 minutes drive is the pretty historic naval port of Dartmouth with its many notable restaurants.
